PART I, REFRACTION

This section of The Looking Glass is a poetic treatment of evolution inspired by The Divine Theme given by Meher Baba in God Speaks and elsewhere. It attempts to tell the story of the development of the heart through the myriad forms of nature culminating in the end in the very acute human awareness of our apparent separation from God on the one hand and the dawning realization that there are Friends to be found, companions, and Guides.
